For those of you needing an escape from the everyday challenges of life we are offering stress free "flights" to the location of your choice. Your excursion will include an appetizer and dessert that is indigenous to the area in which you have chosen to travel and of course the "flight" will be accompanied by the perfectly paired "flights" of wine to enhance the overall experience. We guarantee on time departure, no hidden fees and the smoothest of landings!  Booking agents are ready to assist you..... no passports required....calling all those seeking a couple of hours of bliss!
Let us provide hor d'oeuvres and dessert and pair them with a perfect bottle of wine.  Prices range from $25+ per person depending on the menu selection.

Flight of Fantasy
Appetizers could include Smoked Salmon en croute topped with caviar,  Lobster in Puff Pastry, Foie Gras or some other extravagant toppings!!
Dessert options are Decadent Chocolate Cake or Rasberry Meringues with Apricot Sauce. We would pair this feast with a selection of fine wines such as Pouilly Fuisse or champagne.
Flight to a Deserted Island
Appetizers could include:   Crab Wontons or Sweet Tropical Chicken Wings.

Accompanied by desserts such as a Fresh Tropical Fruit Trifle or Pina Colada Ice.
Paired with white wines with citrus overtures.
South of the Border Flight
Appetizers could include: Margarita Shrimp, Green Chile Tortilla Pinwheels 

Dessert options such as: Key Lime Tart or Mango Cobbler. All will be paired with a bottle of Riesling or Moscato d'Asti.

Flight to Paris
Appetizers possibilities such as: Baked Brie in Puff Pastry, Tomato Basil Tart or Hot Mushroom Turnovers.

Desserts could include a Classic Mousse, Creme Brulee or Parisian Apple Crisp. Accompanied by the wines of France, perhaps a bubbly, a bottle of Bordeaux or Burgundy or a sweet finish with Sauternes.

Sands of Persia
Choice of appetizers such as cucumber and tomato salad with fresh mint or roasted eggplant dish with fresh herbs.

Desserts could include assortment of pastry made with honey and rose water or a saffron rice pudding.

Perfect pairing for your hor d'oeuvres will be a bottle of Gruner and to complete your dessert I recommend and offer a bottle of Sancerre, Roussanne, Marsanne or a sweet but subtle sip of Late Harvest Torrontes.
