NAFI'S KITCHEN offers cooking classes for small groups of culinary enthusiasts from beginners to experts. We offer class series made up of 3 classes per session, once a week. You select your cuisine and the time of your classes (lunch or dinner.) Each week, we concentrate on a different skill and menu. YOU will prepare your own food, cook it, and we will all enjoy the meal together. As a tasty bonus, each week your meal is paired with one of our delicious wine selections. The course fee per 3 class session range from: ADVANCE COOKING & WINE TASTING CLASS SERIES $180 A series of three 2 1/2 hour  cooking classes & wine pairing/tasting. Hands on classes covering variety of cuisines, 100% organic ingredients,  advanced cooking techniques and skills. Each class offers an in-depth wine tasting & pairing  and a  Q/A  session.   ADVANCE WINE SEMINAR & FOOD PAIRING SERIES $90 A series of three 2 1/2 Wine Tasting and Food pairing classes. Selected wines are paired with dishes made in Nafi's Kitchen.  An in-depth wine seminar on selected wines, including the tasting, food pairing and a Q/A session. Regions and Varietals will be covered in a  vertical or horizontal tasting method.   BASICS & BEYOND $130 for 3 classes Do you know the difference between a rough chop and a julienne cut? How about when to saute and when to steam? Do you want to know what to look for when choosing fresh produce, lean cuts of meat and fresh fish? Are you trying to prepare simple but fresh foods that taste delicious and do it in a short period of time? Then Basics and Beyond will take you there in a flash and make sure that you are comfortable doing it! Try a four week session and see if you aren't hosting this holiday season!! CLASSIC & COST CONSCIOUS $145 for 3 classes Do you love elegant French cuisine or the Neapolitan classics of Italy or the freshness of Greek cuisine and the Mediterranean but do not want to take out a loan from bank to serve these dishes ? Then these classes are just what you need to learn how to prepare all the wonderful tastes of these countries, while not feeling like you spent as much at the store as if you had just jetted to Europe. ELEGANT & EXPENSIVE $165 for 3 classes (price may fluctuate depending upon selection of certain dishes or ingredients!)
